Operating Model development - definition around the who/what, how, and why of your business. Building out the hierarchy of processes from high level value streams down to activities and tasks. Organizing the standards, metrics/KPIs, and roles/responsibilities in a way that is clear, scalable, and most importantly focused on the high level objectives of the company.
Transformations/Continuous Improvement - Agile/DevOps approach to implementing systematic change and executing on strategic goals.
Production System Definition - breaking down the production process and rebuilding it based on the Lean principles of pull, flow, takt, and zero defects. My thesis is that all products, whether physical or virtual, can benefit from these principles.
