Target deployment meetings and backlog refinement meetings that are intended to review current status and medium to long term objectives. Once the top priorities have been identified, specific workshops are planned and kick off meetings held with sponsors and owners.

Step 2: Workshop Execution

100% dedication of a select group of individuals for a specific "sprint” of work, focused on completing the targets as outlined in the workshop planning. Training, work package development and implementation road maps are all deliverables of the workshops.

Step 3: Process Confirmation

The core team of sponsors and high level managers meet with workshop owners to ensure implementation and goals are being met. This step is critical not only for the processes changes, but for the mentorship opportunities it provides. Countermeasures are taken when it is clear that an alternate method is required.
