Example Workshop Documentation

PLEASE READE ME FIRST!

This is an example presentation from a workshop completed from a while ago. The styling is off, most of the graphics are actually photos of handwritten posters…I hope its clear that this is not an example of a pristine pitch deck ready for the board room. Rather, it is a standard presentation format that highlights the standard features of each workshop I completed while at this company. What it lacks in polish, it makes up for in continuity between workshops…a workshop completed on one side of the factory would contain the same elements as the other side and vice versa. When you are completing over 200 of these workshops as an organization, its important to practice what we preach, standardization. The saves time on the creation side (not wasting time creating graphs and visuals that will only be seen once), but also on the receiving side…mangers and core team members can easily flip to the pages that provide the most value to them.
